VoiceDiary is provided as-is. Use responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Recommended: Google Account

VoiceDiary offers significantly more features when used with a Google account, including Google Drive uploads, Calendar sync, and other integrated services. For the best experience, we recommend that you consider signing up or logging in with Google.

Privacy Policy

We collect and process data necessary to provide the service: account information, diary content, and usage data. Data is stored securely and used only to deliver VoiceDiary features.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Retention

When you request account deletion, your account is deactivated immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion from our systems. During this period you may cancel the deletion via the link sent to your email. After the retention period, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
